With a monthly service subscription the following services will be provided every visit: Vacuum and clean bathroom fan grill, Test GFCI outlets, Inspect under all sinks, monitor and fill Water softener salt, Inspect all light bulbs for outages, Inspect CO and smoke detectors for proper functionality, Inspect the exterior of the home for damage,

- Inspect under all vanities and toilets for leaks
- Vacuum kitchen refrigerator coils & vents
- Monitor water softener salt. replace/fill as needed*
