Financial Responsibility Agreement & Cancellation Policy Agreement
By signing and dating this agreement, you are agreeing to this financial responsibility agreement, which will be entered into as of the "Signing Date".

Financial Responsibilities:

Services: Signee/Customer agrees to pay for all services received along with any late fees accrued.
Payment Terms: Signee/Customer acknowledges and agrees to the payment terms of a reoccurring monthly payment for the Monthly Maintenance Plan, billed on the 5th of each month. Payment terms of a single payment for individual services received, either under the Seasonal Maintenance Plan, Yearly Maintenance Items, or any "A La Carte" items to be charged at the time of service.
Late Payments: In the event of late payments, Signee/Customer agrees to pay a $30.00 late fee for each late, missed, or declined payment.
Expenses: Signee/Customer is responsible for any additional expenses or costs outside of the "Monthly Maintenance Plan" items included in the plan. (These items are clearly defined in the Monthly Maintenance Plan details)

Non-Payment Terms

Suspension/Termination of Services: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension/termination of services/products until the outstanding balance, including late fees & collections costs, is fully settled.
Collections Process: If payment is not received within 90 days of the due date, Liberty. reserves the right to initiate the collection process.
Collections Agency: Liberty. reserves the right to engage the services of a third-party collections agency to recover any outstanding amount. The signee/customer agrees to reimburse Liberty. for any collections fees or costs incurred in the process.
Legal Action: If collections efforts are unsuccessful, Liberty. reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. The signee/customer agrees to bear all legal fees and court costs associated with such legal action.

30-Day Cancellation Policy:

The Signee/Customer agrees that either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written/emailed notice at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date.
In the event of cancellation by the Signee/Customer, the Signee/Customer remains responsible for any charges or fees incurred during the 30-day notice period.

Miscellaneous:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
